Bob Frank, a REALTOR® since the early 1970’s, also holds his Texas State Broker’s license, specializing in commercial and farm and ranch properties. He entered the real estate business working as an architectural draftsman for a firm in Fort Worth, Texas. Receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology and Business from Texas A & M University – Commerce, he soon followed that by obtaining his broker’s license in the early 1980’s. Concentrating primarily on land development and construction, Bob was instrumental in developing a number of subdivisions in northeast Tarrant County, including Meadowlakes in North Richland Hills. Bob was also involved in the development of the Iron Horse Golf course and has also built numerous commercial buildings in the DFW Metroplex.
Bob and his wife Karen have six children and eleven grandchildren. With an appreciation for the rural lifestyle, they live on a farm in Lipan and are members of St. Francis Village Catholic Church in Fort Worth. In his spare time, Bob enjoys building furniture in his workshop. When you meet Bob, be sure to thank him for his service – he is a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.
